Which regulations are affected ?
Implementation of the Changed Product Rule by the authorities required the amendment, introduction, or publishing of new regulations and standards. Transport Canada has developed a series of Notices of Proposed Amendment (NPAs) to CAR 511 and 513 to incorporate the required regulatory changes for the Changed Product Rule.
This table identifies the correspondence between the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), the European Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) Joint Aviation Regulations (JAR) and the Canadian CARs regulatory references.
