Changed Product Rule (CPR)

This web sites purpose is to inform and provide guidance to Transport Canada personnel, National Aircraft Certification delegates, and aviation industry personnel on the implementation of the Changed Product Rule. This rule will require for each changed product, with specific exceptions, that each applicant demonstrate compliance with the latest amendments to the airworthiness regulations and standards applicable to that type certificated product.
