Following the completion of the National Recruitment Campaign, Transport Canada established a Recruitment Centre at Headquarters where the Regulatory/Inspection Recruitment Inventory for Civil Aviation, Marine Safety and Aircraft Services is maintained. Since its implementation, the Recruitment Centre has canvassed the Managers, as well as the staffing personnel, to make improvements to the database. These improvements have been implemented and the database is more user-friendly for the potential candidates and Managers.
