Transport Canada Recruitment Centre

Following the completion of the National Recruitment Campaign, Transport Canada established a Recruitment Centre at Headquarters where the Regulatory/Inspection Recruitment Inventory for Civil Aviation, Marine Safety and Aircraft Services is maintained. Since its implementation, the Recruitment Centre has canvassed the Managers, as well as the staffing personnel, to make improvements to the database. These improvements have been implemented and the database is more user-friendly for the potential candidates and Managers.

Future use of the Regulatory/Inspection Recruitment Inventory will continue to provide a much-needed pool of potential candidates with technical expertise to be employed as inspectors in various fields of transportation and as aircraft certification specialists.
