CASS 2008 was held April 28–29, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Calgary, Alta. The theme was Managing Change: The Impact of Strategic Decisions on Personnel and Processes.

CASS_2007 CASS 2007

CASS 2007 was held April 30 to May 2, 2007, at the Hilton Lac-Leamy hotel in Gatineau, Quebec, located five minutes from downtown Ottawa, Canada's capital. The theme was Counting the Accidents You Don’t Have… Evaluating safety performance in a risk management framework.

CASS_2005 CASS 2006

CASS 2006 was held in Halifax, Nova Scotia at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront from April 24-26, 2006. The theme for CASS 2006 was Human and Organizational Factors: Pushing the Boundaries!.

CASS_2005 CASS 2005

CASS 2005 was held in Vancouver, British Columbia at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver from April 18-20, 2005. The theme for CASS 2005 was Aviation Risk Management in the 21st Century.

CASS_2004 CASS 2004

CASS 2004 came to a successful close in Toronto on April 21, where nearly 400 delegates from industry and government participated. Delegates attended a very strong workshop program on day one, followed by one and a half days of plenary presentations, by industry experts, on aviation safety and risk management topics. The emphasis throughout was placed on the continuing path towards the implementation of safety management systems (SMS). Several question and answer sessions allowed participants to discuss issues directly with guest speakers.

Aviation Human Resources: The Core of Our Industry

The theme for CASS 2003 was "Aviation Human Resources: The Core of Our Industry." It was developed to address the challenges the industry will face in the areas of personnel selection, recruitment, training, retention and knowledge transfer, as they relate to safety.
