Civil aviation medicine seminars

From Transport Canada

Civil Aviation Medical Examiners (CAMEs) are licensed physicians appointed by Transport Canada to conduct aviation medical examinations on pilots and air traffic controllers seeking aviation licenses or permits. Transport Canada provides specialized training for CAMEs.

Newly appointed CAMEs must attend a civil aviation medicine seminar as soon as it is practical for them to do so. Examiners are then required to attend a seminar no less than every four years.
