CANCELLATION NOTICE

CAD 1 Revision 3, dated May 1999 is cancelled, effective 2009-10-01.

The instructions contained in the subject CAD are now included in CAD REG-003, Issue 01, Exemptions on Regulatory Requirements dated 2009-09-09 (RDIMS 3974018v1).
