Program Management

Program Management

The Program Management division is responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of frameworks and infrastructure that govern and support the management and administration of the National Operations program.  These include policies, staff instructions, data management systems, QA mechanisms, performance measures and indicators, and administrative services including finance, human resources and other support services  The Division is also responsible for the management, coordination, research and development of external communications products for the Branch including, ministerial briefing material, Questions and Answers, Question Period Notes, Memoranda to the Minister, media lines, etc.
