I consider the candidate to have reached a sufficient level of competency to complete the flight test required for the issuance of the Commercial Pilot Licence - Aeroplane and hereby recommend the candidate for the flight test, as I am qualified through the privileges of my pilot licence to make this recommendation.

The candidate is enrolled in a CPL(A), CPL(A)/IR ou ATP(A) integrated course and has successfully completed the VFR Navigation Progress Test.
