Description of Change

Edition2 of TP14052E replaces the previous Edition of TP14052E dated September 2003. The document name has been changed from "Ground Icing Operations Update" to "Guidelines for Aircraft Ground Icing Operations".

Furthermore a significant amount of additional material has been included in this new edition.

Edition2 should still be used in conjunction with the HOT Guidelines as published on the Transport Canada website at: http://www.tc.gc.ca/.

Future releases of this document will include sidebars to indicate text, which has been added, delete or modified.
