Notice of Charter Amendment - 2006-4 - Oral Dissents
ACCEPTED AS REVISED
The Plenary members agreed to let TCCA wordsmith the last sentence of the first paragraph of this amendment to reflect the intent that the dissent is not necessarily abandoned if the dissenter does not submit a written dissent as the dissenter may decide to submit a written dissent at the time of the Canada Gazette Part I consultation process. The revised NCA incorporated in the Charter is as follows:
