Low flying - Open air assembly

It was alleged that the respondent was flying low over Magnetic Hill. The Minister assessed a monetary penalty of $250.00.

On review, the respondent failed to appear. The hearing officer accepted the unrefuted testimony of the DOT and re-affirmed the monetary policy.

Air Camera failed to appear at this hearing. I have no alternative than to accept the unrefuted testimony of the Ministry of Transport. Therefore, Air Camera have contravened Air Regulation 534(2)(b) and must pay a fine of $250.00 on or before the 13th day of April 1987. The fine must be paid to the Receiver General for Canada and mailed to this office.
