(iv) a simulated engine failure after take-off at a safe altitude as close to V2 as is safe and appropriate to the aeroplane type under the prevailing conditions, or if V speeds are not published in the Aeroplane Flight Manual, as close to the take-off safety speed as is safe and appropriate to the aeroplane type under the prevailing conditions.
