SUBJECT: IFR INSTRUMENT APPROACHES - GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS)


AUTHORIZATION

1. This operations specification is issued pursuant to the Canadian Aviation Regulations referred to in section 2 of this operations specification.  Global Positioning System (GPS) IFR instrument approaches are authorized while operating the type(s) of aircraft indicated by reference numbers as listed in section 3 of this operations specification and using the type(s) of GPS equipment listed in section 4 of this operations specification.  This operations specification is valid if the air operator complies with the requirements of the Commercial Air Service Standards referred to in section 2 of this operations specification.
