INTRODUCTION
This Commercial and Business Aviation Advisory Circular (CBAAC) is intended to inform air operators of the availability and location of the Guidelines for Aircraft Ground Icing Operations TP 14052E and 2006-2007 Holdover Time (HOT) Guidelines.
APPLICABILITY
This CBAAC is applicable to all air operators under Subparts 604, 701, 702, 703, 704, and 705 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations.
INFORMATION
The Guidelines for Aircraft Ground Icing Operations – TP14052E (April 2005) and the HOT Guidelines are posted on the following Transport Canada website:

It is the responsibility of the user to periodically check this website for any updates.
FUTURE DISPOSITION
This CBAAC will be re-issued annually to advise air operators of the availability of HOT guidelines.

Commercial & Business Aviation Advisory Circulars (CBAAC) are intended to provide information and guidance regarding operational matters. A CBAAC may describe an acceptable, but not the only, means of demonstrating compliance with existing regulations. CBAACs in and of themselves do not change, create any additional, authorize changes in, or permit deviations from regulatory requirements.
