- content of passenger briefings; and
- guidance for pilots dealing with passengers seated at emergency exits.

- Passenger Seating Location — Restrictions Unless otherwise arranged, the Pilot shall ensure that seats located at emergency exits are not occupied by passengers whose presence in those seats could adversely affect the safety of passengers during an emergency evacuation.
- Passenger Briefings — Unless otherwise arranged, before flight passenger briefings shall be carried out by the Pilot.
