Flight Crew Licensing Statistics

Flight Crew Licensing (FCL) a division of the Standards branch of Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) generates and compiles licensing statistics for flight crew and air traffic controllers. FCL uses this data to monitor trends in licensing and provide a picture of the current aviation scene in Canada.

The following web pages provide data for all permits, licences and ratings issued by TCCA including archives for previous years:

  • Quarterly Statistics - Click here if you want access to the most recent Quarterly Statistics for Flight Crew, including Air Traffic Controllers. Statistics include all permits, licences and ratings that have been issued and that are in force in all regions.
