  4. How do I report/replace a lost or stolen AME licence?

    You must complete an AME application form (#24-0083), state that your licence was lost/stolen - and submit the form, a $35.00 replacement fee payment and a new photograph to your local Transport Canada Center (TCC).

  5. How do I stop the mailing of publications?

    Distribution of publications is a continuous process and cannot be cancelled unless TC is notified that the licence holder is deceased or the licence is voluntarily surrendered. For additional information regarding publications call 1-800-305-2059 or refer to the TC website at:
