Program Management Division
The Program Management Division is responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of frameworks and infrastructure that govern and support the management of the Standards Branch. These include policies, staff instructions, data management systems, performance measures & indicators, integrated management system, quality assurance mechanisms, issues management, regulatory affairs, business operation support, safety promotion & education and more.
