List of Accredited Course Providers

The fact that the name and address of a person or an organization is published on this site only means that the course provider was accredited by Transport Canada to deliver boating safety courses and administer tests for the issuance of Pleasure Craft Operator Cards, including replacement cards, under the Competency of Operators of Pleasure Craft Regulations.

Transport Canada does not assume any other responsibility for these persons or organizations. In particular, Transport Canada does not guarantee the quality of the services that are offered and does not assume any responsibility for the property or the copyright of course providers’ boating safety course manual or study guide.   

The course providers are listed in alphabetical order. Please contact the course provider to find services in your area.   

COURSE PROVIDERS UNDER SUSPENSION

The following course providers are suspended and are NOT permitted to offer the approved boating safety course, administer boating safety tests, or issue Pleasure Craft Operator Cards, including replacement cards. The list is organized by suspension date. Suspension occurs when the course provider is in contravention of the requirements of their accreditation as specified under Competency of Operators of Pleasure Craft Regulations.
