Service Standards for Marine Safety´s Fees
As a result of a government "Policy on Service Standards for External Fees" and the "User Fee Act (UFA)", Marine Safety has developed policies on "Service Standards for Marine Safety's Fees" and "Handling of Complaints Related to Marine Safety user Fees and Applicable Service Standards".
Marine Safety is committed to continual improvement of the quality and responsiveness of our services to our clients. We recognize the importance of service quality and consultation is critical in the development of our Service Standards.
