TP 2293 version 4 is available to public due to section 184 of the Marine Personnel Regulation offering a transitional period of 5 years to an applicant who has started to acquire qualifying service and who has passed at least one examination required to obtain a certificate of competency or endorsement under the Marine Certification Regulations.
