Safety guidelines for recreational drone users

Transcript

Before flying a drone for the first time, make sure you understand how to use it safely and legally. Only fly during the day and in good weather. Stay away from people, animals and buildings. Keep your aircraft in sight and at least 9 kilometres away from airports. Your drone should not fly higher than 90 metres above the ground.  Stay away from moving vehicles, highways, bridges, busy streets or anywhere you could endanger or distract drivers. Always respect the privacy of others, and think safety first! Find a full list of safety guidelines on our website.
