  1. Letters of complaints / concerns about the snow removal process. This was due to the condition of the runway sweeper which TC since replaced in March 2012.
  2. Complaint about the conflicts between various types of aircraft while maneuvering on the apron. An informal complaint from a Coast Guard helicopter pilot indicated that the apron was too small and that there were difficulties in refueling the aircraft.
