Deproclamation Notice Subsection 3(1)

Notice is hereby given that the following public port facilities have been transferred.
As a consequence, under subsection 3(1) of the Public Ports and Public Port Facility Regulations, the designation of the related public ports has been repealed, effective
on the day of the transfers.
