Federal Contribution: $7.5 Million
Project Completion: October 2009 

The project consisted of nine project components involvingthe rehabilitation and reconstruction of approximately 22 km of highway along sections of Route 2, between the cities of Charlottetown and Summerside, in addition to a non-signalized “T” intersection being changed into a roundabout, and the construction of new turning lanes at another project component location.
