Opening and operate a Canadian Flight Training School:

To operate a Flight Training Service in Canada, requirements must be met.  For more details concerning the opening and operations of a flight training school, consult the Guide "How to start a Flight Training Unit (TP12862) and the applicable detailed lists. (Ref.:Canadian Aviation Regulations 400.05)
