Tanker Safety Expert Panel
We are pleased to have conducted this review of Canada’s ship-source spill preparedness and response on behalf of the Minister of Transport.
The second phase of the Tanker Safety Expert Panel’s review, which focused on ship-source spill preparedness and response requirements in the Arctic, as well as requirements for a hazardous and noxious substances system nationally, has concluded.
The Tanker Safety Expert Panel’s Phase II report, “A Review of Canada’s Ship-source Spill Preparedness and Response: Setting the Course for the Future, Phase II – Requirements for the Arctic and for Hazardous and Noxious Substances Nationally,” is now available on this website.
