Effective November 24, 2010, Transport Canada has transitioned to a new cyber authentication system called Access Key. General Aviation On-Line Services clients can expect to see a new look and feel to the Access Key login page but can be assured Access Key will continue to provide Canadians with the same secure services that epass provided.

Click Log In to authenticate using your Access Key credentials. If you already have access to General Aviation On-Line Services, login using the same credentials as before.

To register for a new Access Key, please click on the Register link and complete the required steps for creating your User ID, your Password and Recovery Questions and Answers.

If you have an Access Key and do not remember your current password, you can attempt to create a new password through the Forgot Your Password? link on the Manage Your Access Key page.
