(d) the container ends are 3.175 mm in thickness and are welded to the cylinder body;
(e) each container has a minimum sidewall thickness of 0.508 mm, an outside diameter of 50.8 mm, and a maximum water capacity of 3.6 L;
(f) before filling, each container is visually inspected, proof-tested pneumatically to not less than 1.25 times the maximum operating gauge pressure at 20 ºC for at least 30 seconds and shows no defects, and leak-tested using a helium mass spectrometer. The leakage rate shall be less than or equal to 10-10 cc/s;
(g) for containers with operating gauge pressure equal to or greater than
0.35 Mpa, one container taken from each lot of containers of the same size and design, successively manufactured on the same equipment, is tested hydrostatically to destruction. All containers produced per shaft (not exceeding 10 h) shall be counted as one lot. The entire lot shall be rejected if a failure occurs at pressure less than 5 times the operating gauge pressure;
(h) each container is transported in a strong outside packaging capable of withstanding a drop test from a height of 1.2 m without breakage of the container or of the outside packaging; and
(i) the shipping document that accompanies the dangerous goods includes the following information legibly and indelibly printed:
