SUBJECT: NAFTA - SPECIALTY AIR SERVICES (AERIAL WORK) OPERATIONS
REGISTRATION MARKS, TYPES OF AIRCRAFT,
PILOT NAMES AND LICENCES
3. The registration marks, types of aircraft, pilot names and licence numbers referred to in section 1 of this operations specification are:
1. Ensure that the aircraft type entries match the pick list. Add the registration marks, pilot names and licence numbers.
2. Where an air operator has a large fleet of aircraft and numerous flight crew members, (e.g. Canadian Helicopters Limited) or an air operator plans to make changes to his fleet of aircraft or flight crew members, attach to this operations specification the latest list of registration marks and types of aircraft, pilot names and their licences.
In this scenario, type in "TEXT 1", the reference to the attached latest list.
The air operator must provide, to the Regional Office the latest list which will be placed in the air operator's 5260- File.
