Operational Airworthiness
Maintenance and Manufacturing Policy Letter (MPL) 7, Revision No. 1, dated 21 July 2003 – Part Design Approval is cancelled, effective 2010-01-13.
The guidance contained in the subject MPL have been incorporated into Division VII of Part V Subpart 21 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations, which became effective 01 December 2009.
