Boat Safety Briefings

Transcript

(Our FIELD REPORTER walks down a dock past a TOUR BOAT.)

An airplane never leaves the runway before the flight attendants explain the safety features of the plane to the passengers.

(Our FIELD REPORTER stops and addresses the camera.)

And a commercial boat should never leave the dock before its passengers receive the same kind of safety briefing.

(Our FIELD REPORTER is on the tour boat, and shows where life jackets are kept.)

Passengers need to know where the life jackets are, and what to do in case of an emergency. Information—the real lifesaver. Be informed, be prepared and be safe.
