It’s always fun to get out on the lake. But don’t take any chances. Make sure you and any children with you wear properly sized lifejackets when you’re on—or near—the water.

(Cut to mother putting lifejacket on her little girl. Father helps mother and child into the boat. They are all wearing lifejackets.)

A lifejacket is your best defence against cold-water shock.
