We are pleased to have conducted this review of Canada’s ship-source spill preparedness and response on behalf of the Minister of Transport.
The second phase of the Tanker Safety Expert Panel’s review, which focused on ship-source spill preparedness and response requirements in the Arctic, as well as requirements for a hazardous and noxious substances system nationally, has concluded.
